All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from Surrey, UK.  Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.  

Your tracking number will show on your thank you page when your order is placed.  A link to that page will also be emailed to you along with your receipt so you can return to track the package at any time.  

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Use the shipping estimator in the basket to check your shipping rates.

Unfortunately, due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds.
